To change your personal information, simply log in to zateni.com . You will be able to view and edit your personal information by clicking on "My data" in the left menu.

PAYMENT AND REFUND

What payment methods are accepted on zateni.com ?

Payment methods vary depending on the country of delivery. Payment by credit card is accepted for most countries.

Have you made a bank transfer and would like to know if we have received the payment?

The order will be shipped the day following receipt of payment on our current account. You will receive an email containing the shipment identification number.

What is the refund procedure in case of return?

The refund deadlines are within 14 working days from the day you sent the goods back, but the refund may be delayed if the goods have not yet been received or there is proof of their return to the sender. Please take into account the processing time required for the banking institution to process your request. The refund of the return will be made through the same channel used for payment (bank account or Pay Pal) except in some cases.

Is the order covered by insurance during transport?

The order is covered by insurance throughout the entire shipment. In case of loss the customer will be refunded the amount paid. For the shipment of a possible return, it is the customer who will have to take care of any insurance of the package, as he is himself responsible for the return shipment.
